Who handles your data

Ancelotti Production, a creator agency based in Paris, France. Contact: ancelotti.ap@gmail.com

What we collect

When you apply: your first name, last name, age, email, phone number, networks and profile links, audience size and your answers to the form.

When you write to us: your address and your message.

Nothing else: this site does not measure visits and sets no advertising or analytics cookie.

Why

To review your application, get back to you and, if you join the agency, prepare your contract. Legal basis: the steps you ask for before a contract, then the performance of the contract.

Who receives it

The Ancelotti Production team, and the technical providers that run the site: Hostinger for hosting, Google for the application form, email and storage, FormSubmit for sending the form of the application page. We never sell your data.

Outside the European Union

Google and FormSubmit may process data in the United States. For Google, these transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long

An application that is not accepted is deleted 24 months after our last exchange. If you join the agency, your data is kept for the time of our work together, then for the time required by law: 10 years for accounting records.

What stays on your device

The site keeps your language and theme choice in your browser. It is not a tracking cookie: nothing is sent.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, to limit its use, or object to it: write to ancelotti.ap@gmail.com. Answer within one month.
